Northern Rivers Creative and Byron Bay Film Festival are calling out to independent filmmakers in the Northern Rivers to be included in the upcoming pop-up screening event on the 30th of July.

Selected filmmakers will join the program featuring previous Byron Bay Film Festival selections. Submissions are open to filmmakers at all stages of their careers working across all genres. 

Submissions close on Monday 12th July. Apply Now. 

Eligibility 

• Short films up to 15 minutes. 
• Must be produced within the last three years.
• At least one of the directors / writers / producers must be based in Northern Rivers and have a published profile on the Northern Rivers Creative directory. Apply to join the directory. 

Byron Bay Film Festival Submissions

Byron Bay Film Festival is also offering all Northern Rivers Creative members a special extended deadline and 50% off the submission fee to enter their film for consideration for the 2021 festival.
