Charlie Evans is an interdisciplinary artist who works predominantly in the field of Visual and Performing Arts.
Charlie’s paintings combine her sinuous style of movement and otherworldly illustrations into one body of work. Drawing inspiration from the body and its natural surroundings, Charlie abstracts the world around her and transmits her playful perception of it through use of vibrant colour and organic shapes.
Femininity, celebration and friendship are core themes which you can see throughout each piece, inviting the viewer to reflect on their connection with self, other and beyond.
