Gabriel Rosati

Gabriel Rosati is a widely exhibited Australian artist renowned for her unique painted tapestries and recycled mixed media sculptures.

Working from her beautiful studio at The Arts Yard in Bangalow, Gabriel re-purposes marine artefacts and old machinery, often combining them with recycled timbers in order to create her distinctive sculptures.

Her painting style can vary greatly from Picasso like depictions of people and faces to realistic landscapes and silhouettes. From colourful abstracts utilising stencil work to mixed media creations that blur the line between painting and sculpture.
