May Parlar, 2019 Finalist

Hosted by Aesthetica Magazine, the Aesthetica Art Prize is a celebration of excellence in art from across the world. It offers emerging and established artists the opportunity to showcase their work to a wider audience, and further their engagement with the international art world.

The award attracts thousands of entries in a range of innovative media from locations as diverse as Australia, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, the UK and the USA. Applications close on the 31st of August.

The Art Prize is open to works in any genre, and on any theme, however, we are particularly interested in works that reflect upon our ever changing world.

Daniel Mullen, 2019 Finalist

There are two awards for entry: the Main Art Prize (£5,000 prize money) and the Emerging Art Prize (£1,000 prize money). The Main Art Prize is open to all, including those eligible for the Emerging Art Prize. Finalists in both categories will be included in a group exhibition hosted by Aesthetica, receive editorial coverage in Aesthetica Magazine and publication and Future Now: 100 Contemporary Artists, art supplies vouchers courtesy of Cass Art and Art books courtesy of Prestel.
