As a Creative Director at Clemenger, Tracy worked on multi national clients with large budgets and small brands with tiny budgets. She’s been a Digital Creative Lead at Optus and worked in the communications team at the ABC.
Tracy also runs writing workshops for organisations on how to write more effectively and has run courses for the ABC, NSW Government and digital/ media agencies.

The Australian Writers Guild invited Tracy to join the Pathways Program after she was shortlisted for the AWG/Adelaide Film festival INSITE Unproduced Screenplay Competition. Her short, animated screenplay was optioned by Kristina Ceyton, Producer of The Babadook.
