The Sea: A collaborative exhibition from local Northern Rivers artists responding to ‘The Sea’.
Featuring pieces by Kate Ford, Caitlin Reilly, Zimmi Forest, Alex Taylor, Liv Enqvist, Jane Couttie, Zoe Barber, Melanie Valentine and Katherine Simmonds.
A collection of works, some rendered in oil paint others foraged from the local area made into beautiful sculptural hanging pieces, works on reclaimed timber and tins found and gifted to artists speaking to the history of material, memory and place. Hand made paper sculptural forms and works of embroidery all a celebration of the magnetic draw of ‘The Sea’.
