Sofya combines different mediums like fabric, plants, render, paint, wood, and some industrial detritus to create conceptual and visually pleasing art with refined finishes and fastidious details. Her main inspiration theme is human identity in a globalised world. Sofya Marso has been learning about world cultures and regional arts, it helped her to broaden the vision and skills. Being natural explorer and passionate traveler after a decade around a world made her focus on professional occupation. Using her own multicultural back ground she creates elaborate and detailed art objects, wearable art, and art installations. These nontraditional craft techniques brings unique variety to her wearable art and art objects. Mixing traditional and nontraditional practices bring varying degree of deep dimensions, intricate textures, and uniqueness  in her work.
